Commercial Development Manager / Client Services Manager / Senior Account Manager ( Contact Centre ), Salary c. £30,000-£36,000, based East Midlands + occasional travel.
Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for proactively building positive working relationships with both your business clients and the operational teams within the contact centre. Specific duties will also include; responsibility for assisting with client contract negotiations, ensuring client reports are completed accurately and on time, consistently looking to develop further opportunities within existing accounts, assisting sales management with winning new business when required and in effectively managing a team of account managers / executives.
The ideal candidate will be from a Client Services / Account Management / Business Development background, with a 'first-hand' appreciation of commercially focused, contact centre operations. You will also be an accomplished negotiator with the ability to liaise effectively between clients and operational teams and to provide realistic propositions in the pursuit of business development and problem resolution. You will be a confident communicator, including when dealing with clients on a face to face basis and be used to managing the accurate and timely production of client reports / management information.
