The Company
Are you looking for an opportunity within a rewarding and challenging environment? If so then this will be the ideal opportunity to join this new and exciting company who are looking to employ a core member of the Senior Management team. You will be responsible for data integrity and database management, whilst ensuring that all procedures and methodologies are in place to drive through the set up of a new contact centre based in North London
The Role
Key accountabilities of the role include
1. Being a core member of the team when finalising the implementation of technologies within the call centre.
2. Completion of all daily, weekly, monthly reports based on agent performance for internal / external factors.
3. To be the main point of contact for all data issues.
4. To be responsible of all aspects of client reporting including the production of MIS and to liaise with the call centre manager to ensure that all staffing levels are adequate to adhere to any SLAS or KPIS.
5. The administration and fulfilment after every successful call and to change the data as and when required.
6. To be involved in any new campaigns or business strategies which will increase company productivity
Knowledge and Experience
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Experience of a planning environment within a call centre function
• Excellent time management and ability to work on own initiative
• A passion and drive to be a key member of the senior management team and development of the company
• A strong understanding of data flow and usage, with the ability to maximize company opportunities using technical and tactical processes
