Job Summary/Purpose:
To undertake capacity planning to ensure the timely production of forecasts and plans.
Key Result Areas:
Ensure capacity plans maintained with accurate & robust volume assumptions.
Develop best practice capacity planning process.
Ensure integrate and fully leverage benefits of PIMMS and EWFM and other tools in planning process.
Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the effective day to day management of the capacity planning process.
Determine, agree and continually review the required inputs for the model to ensure the continuous improvement of the process.
Proactively liaise and share best practice to improve the efficiency of the Group overall
Manage the capacity planning related interfaces to ensure the effective consolidation and distribution of the plan.
Support operational change and efficiency initiatives.
Develop self in order to maximise personal contribution to the job.
Focus on costs, process improvements and/or efficiency to contribute to the profitability.
Reinforce the culture and core values through appropriate behaviours and actions.
