Job Description: Resource Planning:
Accountability for building defined & maintaining contact demand impact models broken down by brand, product into day and interval level.
Requirements:
Strong analytical, communication & influencing skills:
Resource planning experience.
Knowledge & Experience of using a Workforce Management tool (ideally e-WFM).
Responsibilities:
To create on a weekly basis a rolling 6-week Intraday/Intraweek call & resource profile by product/skill to keep interval variances within 10%.
Pro-actively look for new initiatives that reduce costs, whilst maintaining service levels, budgeted offline activities and targeted available time.
Forecast shrinkage requirements & build into resource plans i.e. Holiday availability/Training/ Sick etc - forecast v's actual analysis to be provided.
Basic salary is up to £22,000 plus 11% Benefit Funding, 10% annual profit share (not guaranteed) and up to 15% discretionary performance bonus.
