Our client is an established name within their sector with an enviable client list. Due to business expansion they are looking to set up an outbound Telemarketing unit from scratch to develop their service offering. You will be responsible for the set up and management of an initially a small Contact Centre operation that will be contacting Customers on behalf largely of the existing client base. This role would suit someone who has worked at middle management level within an outsourced and outbound environment who is keen to take on an operation of their own. As you will be responsible for the set up you will need to be very hands on but able to work with clients at a strategic level. London.
