THE COMPANY
An opportunity has arisen to join a large and well branded organisation within the financial/Insurance arena. The responsibility of this Call Centre Manager position is to create an environment which will enable the sales team to exceed all its targets and customer expectations. This is a highly customer focused role that will provide the jobholder the ability to lead the Call Centre and its people within it. As Call Centre Manager the objective will be to ensure achievement of profitable revenue and service levels against budget, which will be achieved through the high quality and efficient service offering
THE ROLE
· Implement a call centre operating model, delivering a lean contact centre as Call Centre Manager
· Develop a clear strategy for the Call Centre and it’s key stakeholders
· Focus of increasing profitable revenue and service against targets
· Review and develop a Reward model that maximises achievement of performance driving the right behaviours
· Maximising business retention to over perform through strategy development and improving the people capability
· Maximise resource to optimise demand in the contact centre via all channels
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
· Previous experience of leadership in a sales / revenue environment
· Clear understanding of call centre dynamics
· Six Sigma (not essential)
· Proven track record in delivering and out performing revenue growth targets
· Experienced at driving performance within a call centre environment
· Strong leader to enable transition in a high performing culture
· Implementation of significant change to an existing operation
· Energetic leader who delivers on agreed plans whilst developing their team
· Proven experience of identifying changes to a business and actively delivering those changes
RENUMERATION PACKAGE – CALL CENTRE MANAGER
· Up to £58,000 Basic Salary Per Annum
· Excellent benefits package
· Superb bonus structure
