The Company
Our client, a UK household brand is looking for a dynamic Sales Delivery Manager to deliver continuous improvements across its contact centre functions. The customer is paramount to this organisation and delivering exceptional service at all times. This is why they are looking for an experienced contact centre professional to streamline processes and procedures to add real benefit to the customer and employees.
The Role – Key Accountabilities
· Identifying and analysing the key value levers for delivering profitable growth
· Delivering year on year improvements in sales revenue, service performance & employee engagement through strong focus on people and process
· Support the development of a culture that is customer centric, value focussed and encourages individuals to excel
· Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders that enable the delivery of the business strategy
· To identify, plan, and lead projects and ensure they are delivered on time
· Drive FSA compliance in line with regulatory requirements
Knowledge & Experience
· Proven leadership capability in a contact centre environment
· Proven track record in delivering on sales and service targets
· Significant experience in continuous improvement of business performance
· Ability to build and develop key relationships
· Strong analytical
Package
· Basic Salary £36,000
· Car Allowance £4,500
· Bonus Up To 20% Of Annual Salary Per Annum
· 30 Days Holidays Excluding Bank Holidays
· Healthcare
· Parking Space On Site
