Reporting directly to the CEO this is a new senior management position within our international Client based in South Wales
As the trend continues with organisations looking to further improve their operating efficiencies within their contact centre functions, Artis seek to engage with a senior MIS specialist. In addition to expert reporting skills you will be an advanced user in SQL and Microsoft Reporting Services who complements this with strong relationship building, strategic development and leadership qualities
You will be responsible for all Voice, SMS and Web MI analysis for the business, and to pro-actively advise fellow senior management team members and stakeholders on any changes in trends and to provide sound recommendations for development.
Your background will be in high volume MI reporting, where you have lead a team of managers and analysts within the MIS function
To fulfil this position successfully you will also have strong, clear and concise communication skills at all levels with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond accordingly to changing priorities within tight deadlines
