THE COMPANY
This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious financial organisation in the Dorset area, shaping and developing their call centres new outbound operation. This is a highly visible role that will provide the successful individual the ability to make a very tangible and positive impact within our clients call centre operational efficiency.
To be considered for this position you must have experience of managing a sales team within a contact centre environment. Only individuals who have worked within the Financial or Insurance sectors and have a proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast paced operation will be considered.
THE ROLE
Key Accountabilities of the role include:
To lead and establish a dynamic Outbound sales team that will service multiple products, selling via multiple channels
· To Build and develop strong internal working relationships, identifying all Outbound campaign lead sources and initiatives.
· Ongoing team development – you will be expected to coach, monitor and develop your team both as a group and as individuals to help maximise the performance and ability to meet and exceed targets
· Working closely with the Contact Centre Manager in developing a clear strategy for the Outbound Operation
· To create a dynamic, outbound environment where your team wants to excel, setting their own objectives.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
To be considered for this position you must poses the following:
· A track record of Management level experience within the call centre industry, within either the financial or insurance sectors
· A proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
· The ability to coach and develop individuals and teams who may be new to an Outbound operation
· A positive, outgoing attitude with the will to develop and progress both yourself and your team
