Excellent opportunity to join this well established Blue-Chip organization who currently have an exciting and unique opportunity for a driven and effective. We are looking for a Sales Trainer to join their current Training team during this positive time of growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working in partnership with customers and colleageues to deliver quality training services to achieve business goals.

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for facilitating training programmes to all existing employees within the Sales operation, this could also include supporting outsourced operations
· Deliver Induction Programmes for all new sales agents joining the business
· Assist in designing training material when as and when required to meet the needs of the business
· Facilitate & enable learning through demonstration and instruction to individuals & groups
· Production of reports and evaluations when required upon
· Accurately and consistently applies company policies and procedures, encourages team to look for opportunities to use product knowledge innovatively
· Act as point of escalation in absence of the Training Manager
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
· Strong proven experience in delivering training and training needs analysis within an inbound / outbound contact centre environment
· Experience and ability to work on own initiative with excellent time management and attention to detail
· Ability to quickly assimilate and adapt information and convert into exceptional training delivery
· Strong experience in coaching, mentoring and developing others in a complex fast paced environment
· Must possess a real zest for life, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
· Upto £25K Basic Salary Per Annum
· Strong Bonus
