Working alongside 2 Staff Managers you will manage 40 operators within a customer service capacity.
COMPANY INFORMATION:
This is an exciting call centre opportunity to work for a market leader in interactive social networking communications spanning chat lines, TV and text services. My client is undergoing rapid growth and because of this is able to expand its range of services offering more mainstream products to a wider audience.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
• Call centre management experience with a proven ability to manage HR issues
• Managed managers within a call centre environment.
• Customer service focussed with the ability to work under pressure professionally.
• The ability to problem solve and deal with escalated complaints.
• Must be very open minded, enthusiastic, confident, assertive and committed.
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to plan, coach and motivate a team
ROLE INFORMATION:
The Staff Manager will join the Customer Services Team reporting to the Customer Services Manager and working alongside two other Staff Managers, who will effectively manage the teams of product operators. The in-house products include Gay and Straight Chat Line Services, Gay and Straight TV channels and Text Services. You will also be involved in the management of the Team Leaders and Call Centre Agents.
