Job Description:
My automotive client is a large southern based car dealership network and operates a rapidly expanding multi-channel call centre.

Managing 35 (will grow to 80) Telesales Agents through 4 Team Leaders, the centre supports the dealership sales and service managers by conducting inbound and outbound telesales, telemarketing and websales to increase conversion rates within the new/used car sales and aftersales divisions. CRM and following up direct marketing will form a large part of the Centre's role, which is supported by the latest industry technology: Kerridge and Televansis.

KEY SKILLS
• 3 years call centre management experience
• Ability to drive people to achieve sales targets and conversion ratios
• Able to work autonomously as the organisations sole call centre expert
• Call Centre, motor trade experience would be a massive advantage
