Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a fast paced, forward moving Financial Services organisation for an experienced, inspirational Trainer to join their dedicated team as a result of company growth. Responsible for all aspects of the training process from TNA through to training evaluation, you will deliver soft skills and service training to employees at all levels within the business including management.

Working closely with Team Managers, you will conduct vital TNA and help them to devise new or amend existing training courses. You will assess current training criteria, making recommendations and amendments where necessary, as well as design and deliver your own courses to both front line customer service advisors and junior management teams. Continually monitoring the success of the training course, you will play an important part in ensuring the business hits SLA’s and KPI’s.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record in a training role, preferably within a contact centre environment. You will have a working knowledge of assessing training needs and learning processes, including measurement with the ability to translate these into workable courses. The ability to multi task and prioritise effectively is a must, as is the willingness to work under minimal supervision.
