Job Title: Partnership Project Manager, Channels and Relationships Contact Centre.
Salary: £30-40,000 base, bens
Location: South East, North London, Herts

Reporting to the Senior Project/Programme Manager you will be an experienced Business Analyst with solid Project Management experience.
You will be able manage the complete project lifecycle.
Be accountable for the delivery of world class integration projects with blue chip clients.
You will also liaise with operational, sales, systems and supplier teams to meet project objectives.
Candidates must be able to chair project meetings and reviews and regularly communicate stage and exception reports.
They will also be required to produce all necessary project documentation such as PID, Lesson Learned reports etc.
You will have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
You will also have experience in relationship management as well as being a proven leader with ability to motivate and manage people in virtual teams.

Successful candidates will have proven project management delivery experience, working with blue chip clients and or suppliers, as well as internal stakeholders across business units, including sales, marketing and the contact centre. This role will require business travel and attendance at client meetings. Prince2 methodology or certification would be a distinct advantage.
