Job Description:

THE COMPANY
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Contact Centre – leading the organisation in creating & delivering effective contact centre management to provide strategic leadership and management. This is a highly visible role within the business, upon which you will be credited for your success.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for delivering business objectives to quality, quantity and cost in an effective manner. The operation is responsible for dealing with a quarter of a million calls on a weekly basis.

If you have experience of managing mangers, aswell as defining and leading an exceptional customer service strategy, we want to hear from you.

THE ROLE
· You will be required to lead, motivate and coach Sales Leaders to ensure they deliver the best possible customer experience through their coaching and leadership of the advisors
· Be able to deliver customer service by providing effective and efficient first time customer resolution, delivering value for the customer
· Act as a role model for business, ensuring the team has clarity of the company vision and values, demonstrating these at all times and creating a culture in which the team live the values
· Support and understand change initiatives and ensure people needs are met during any periods of change
· Conduct performance and development reviews for all direct reports in accordance with review system guidelines, and champion the concept of performance management throughout the department

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
We are looking for the ideal candidate to possess a proven track record in the sales delivery arena aswell as delivering a 5*customer excellence aswell as being a solid people manager with excellent communication skills
· Be able to demonstrate leadership potential along with excellent reasoning and thinking capabilities
· Proven experience of performance improvement through the application of coaching and development when required
· Flexible approach to working hours, as you may be requested to work on alternative shifts

REMUNERATION PACKAGE
· c£35- £40 k Basic Salary Per Annum
· Excellent Bonus structure
