Our client is a large established Outsourcer with multi sites in the UK. Due to exceptional growth in the last year they are looking to grow the Client Services area by the addition of an experienced Contact Centre Account Manager. Essentially your role will be to establish and develop long term partnerships with clients and provide the quality of service that the client has signed up to. You will draw up the annual business plan for each account, establish forecasts and ensure that objectives are met. Experience working at Account Management level with an Outsourced operation is essential as is a strong eye for detail and excellent communication and planning skills. London.
