My client is a well established and forward thinking company who excel in providing and delivering contact centre solutions. They have an urgent requirement for an experienced Business Development Manager to source new and build upon their existing client services. Commercially astute, you will be required to identify new business opportunities, put together and present compelling proposals to secure the business.
Key Skills Required
•A minimum of 2 years previous experience of working within an outsourced contact centre
•At least 2 years experience in a client facing role
•Proven record of acquiring and developing new business
•Commercial model development
•Knowledge of contact centre models
•Commercial pricing strategies
•Must be able to demonstrate persuasive and proactive communication skills
•Account Management skills
Responsibilities
•Prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities
•Writing proposals
•Designing attractive commercial propositions
•Sales presentation
•Management of RFI and RFP responses
•Closing
•Creating long term relationships with clients to ensure development for future business
•Communicate with the operation to ensure maximum profitability is achieved on existing business to achieve budgeted sales and profitability targets
•Timely and accurate forecasts
•Analysing client data to identify and target existing client business opportunities
•Working closely with the Project team during project set up
