Job Description:
The Role

This is a superb opportunity to work in a Senior Management role within a Contact Centre based in Dubai.

Our client requires a Contact Centre Manager who has an IT and Business Contact Centre background. This individual needs experience of working for a shared services organisation and needs to be a Senior Manager who has managed large teams (100FTE+) previously in a corporate environment.

Change management experience is going to be required as this contact centre will be providing a new service transitioned in from another organisation, and they expect some transformation during the early transition.

Location

This role is based in Dubai. Relocation assistance will be provided if required.

Remuneration

Benefits: Excellent Benefits Package

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (TAX FREE)
