The Client
This is a superb opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading Financial Services Organisations within a Senior Management role in their Contact Centre.
The Role
My client requires a Senior Operations Manager to manage and lead a focused and dedicated team within a Mortgage Collections Department. Dealing with both inbound and outbound calls, as well as post, you must have previous Management experience within the Contact Centre, and it is preferred if you have worked within a regulated environment.
Dealing with the general public, you must ensure that your team hit their KPI’s and SLA’s and be an influential figure within the department. You must be able to drive your team and manage their performance, hitting targets along the way.
Due to a recent restructure, change management experience is preferred as your first task will be to re-organise and you will be given full autonomy to make the necessary changes.

The business has gone through a lot of change over the past 2 years, but the culture there remains challenging, rewarding, refreshing and empowering.
Location
This role is based in the South West. Relocation assistance will be provided if required.
Remuneration
