THE COMPANY
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the Uk most recognized global brands, in their resource planning department. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and developing a team and department, in optimizing resource through effective scheduling, planning and deployment.
THE ROLE
Key accountabilities of the role include:
1) To achieve consistent service by delivering balance resource plans across a multisite function.
2) To create flexible initiatives and solutions to optimize resource to requirements and maximise agent satisfaction.
3) Liaise and built relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective resource plans are accurate and achievable.
4) To plan and optimize performance by managing day to day exceptions and analyzing trends to maximise performance.
5) To understand and deliver the services required to maximise performance of all locations of the combined customer facing and support teams
6) To develop close working relationships with operational management and stakeholders.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• Excellent knowledge of contact centre dynamics.
• Previous experience of having worked in a resource planning environment.
• Excellent technical knowledge particularly working with workforce management tools.
• Proven analytical track record.
• Excellent management skills to enable effective team growth and development.
• First class communication skills.
