Due to the continued success of this organisation, we are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager.
As a Business Development Manager you would be responsible for winning medium to large-scale Contact Centre, Business Process Outsourcing & IT solutions from major national and international blue chip clients

THE ROLE

• You will be solely responsible for going out and winning new business on-behalf of this large-blue chip organisation, with the a strong network in the market place of being able to attract, generate and win new Outsourced Business

• Representing the organisation within relevant industry networks to open up new business opportunities

• Developing tailored solutions to meet clients’ business objectives

• Communicating the value proposition to all levels of the client’s organisation

• Recognising and realizing growth opportunities within the existing client base

• Owning and driving the process from proposal creation to service delivery and acting as a main point of contact for clients regarding commercial topics

• Acting as a main point of contact for clients regarding commercial topics and focussing on economic viability to ensure long-term stable growth

• Building professional relationships with peers, colleagues and third parties in order to deliver and exceed specific customer requirements

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Experienced of working within the Outsourcing arena previously is essential for this opportunity along with a record of winning new business

• Be able to provide a proven track record of successful solution sales and ideally have off-shore outsourcing experience

• You must be goal-driven and self-motivated with a desire to provide total customer solutions with a confident and personable approach, along with an appreciation of working in a team environment

• A highly skilled sales executive with a pro-active personality

• You must possess the desire to succeed and have a passion for sales

• Previous experience of working with cross-cultural teams across Europe, Asia & America’s would be a distinct advantage
