Job Description:
The Company
Our client, an instantly recognisable organisation is seeking to recruit an MIS Analyst to join their growing team based in the Midlands.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations Support you will be responsible for,

• Provide reporting and analytical support to Operations, including New Business, Customer Services and Collections
• Develop and produce departmental performance and results indicators
• Responsible for the production of compliance metrics
• Construct operational models to assist in capacity planning
• Provide decision support and trend analysis
• Understand and manipulate data sets to provide prepared and packaged data sources for further detailed analysis
• Support the broader analytical teams in delivering projects to drive analytical insight, identify improvement opportunities and increase performance
• Effectively communicating and collaborating internally and externally to ensure that all reporting is understood and acted upon
• Represent the department on key projects where appropriate
• To execute the MIS Analyst role in line with the IKANO values
• To maintain a commitment to the company vision and the spirit of the organisation. All duties and responsibilities are to be carried out within this context.

Knowledge and Experience

• A strong working knowledge of database structures and data mining tools.
• Proven experience at delivering high quality output to tight deadlines.
• Good organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced experience with database environments and data set manipulation particularly with SQL and SAS.
• Distinctive problem solving and analytic skills with a high degree of analytical rigour
