Our client, an instantly recognisable organisation is seeking to recruit 2 x MI Analyst’s to join their team at a time of positive growth based in the South West.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Strategy & MI Manager you will be responsible for,
• Perform analysis, monitoring and reporting to support arrears management activities, operational performance, strategies effectiveness, adherence to policies and procedures, key performance and risk indicators, vendor management and capacity planning
• Ensure data integrity and quality of information reported
• Recommend optimal data sources and key performance/risks measurements
• Produce ongoing actionable management information report packages organized with appropriate detail tailored to audience
• Partner closely with LTSB Credit Operations to ensure reporting is aligned with UKRB
• Perform drill down supportive analysis to identify risks, root causes, relevancy, effectiveness, and preventative actions
• Perform analysis to validate policies, strategies, controls and proposed changes
• Ensure accurate volume forecasting to support capacity planning
• Perform industry benchmarking and timely communication to management
• Perform ad hoc reporting as requested and to management expectations
Knowledge and Experience
• Graduate calibre
• Business and commercial awareness with an understanding of mortgage risk dependencies
• Extensive experience in credit risk management techniques.
• Ability to utilise and deploy data interrogation and analysis software to meet credit risk and operational requirements (eg SAS)
• Analytical mind, able to create and interpret data and produce reports using appropriate techniques and software
