THE COMPANY
Excellent opportunity to join this market leading organisation in shaping and developing their call centre. This is a pivotal role that will involve forecasting/scheduling across three sites and for approximately 2000fte
To be considered for this position candidates will ideally come from, or have experience or working with a large-scale, corporate operation.
THE ROLE
• Manage an accurate production of timely, short term call forecasts.
• Devise rotas which enable the customers needs to be met whilst maintaining good staff morale.
• Provide information on strategy from areas of responsibility to the capacity planning manager, which will then in turn be fed into the medium/long term plans.
• Produce and publish accurate staff schedules to meet agreed SLA’s.
• Liaise with colleagues from other sites to produce accurate and timely staff plans including any opportunities to share workload between business areas.
• Identify improvement opportunities & proactively make use of all available data to produce “What-if” scenario models and impact analysis
• Develop a good working relationship with the real time team, ensuring effective communication.
• Reviewing the plan Vs actual to identify causes of deviating and apply this to future planning assumptions.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Thorough working knowledge of a workforce management tool.
- A Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office functions (in particular Excel)
- Good communication skill and the ability to negotiate/influence at all levels within the business
- Strong analytical Skills
- A good understanding of the methodologies behind Forecasting/scheduling.
