THE COMPANY
Excellent opportunity to join this market leading organisation in shaping and developing their call centre. This is a pivotal role that will involve short, medium & long term forecasting
To be considered for this position candidates will ideally come from, or have experience or working with a large-scale, corporate operation.
THE ROLE
• Produce accurate Short, Medium & Long term forcasting for both inbound and outbound call volumes.
• Develop close working relationships across various teams within the company, including marketing, commercial implementation and operational areas.
• Build up the aggregate aggregate demand picture for various areas across sales and service.
• Ensure operational “buy-in” in to the aggregate plans.
• Proactively communicate with staff (across all levels) within the business in order to obtain relevant data feeds into the forecasting and impact process.
• Liaise effectively with the operational managers to ensure acceptance of the aggregate demand picture.
• Develop and improve upon existing workload forecast models to provide short, medium and long term demand forecasts.
• Undertake analysis to understand macro & micro operational trends.
• Assist in the design and implement robust communication process to ensure end-to-end planning is delivered.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Thorough working knowledge of a workforce management tool.
- A Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office functions (in particular Excel)
- Good communication skill and the ability to negotiate/influence at all levels within the business
- Strong analytical Skills
- A good understanding of the methodologies behind Forecasting.
