The management of the 30 telesales agents demands applicants to be head strong, affirmative, authoritative with good leadership skills and the ability to encourage and support staff.
Duties and responsibilties include monitoring attendance, punctuality, sales performance, general behaviour and diciplining staff.
Basic numeracy and analytical skills are essential for calculating reports, and making decisions based on them.
A sales background and experience in supervisor positions is essential.
Basic salary starts at £8.00 per hour Monday to Friday 12.00pm-8.00pm.
