My Clients Contact Centre is set to double in size and you’ll play a key role in managing that growth. As one of their senior leaders, you’ll have the autonomy and responsibility you need to introduce new ideas and innovative approaches, and to contribute to a best practice culture.

You will be responsible for leading an Outbound Sales Function with 150 Outbound Sales Advisors through a team of 10 – 12 Team Leaders
THE ROLE
- Build and develop a high performing, successful outbound team dedicated to the success of the business
- Provide leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team to deliver business objectives
- Full responsibility for driving team performance through the Contact Centre and increasing the Outbound Telephony performance by developing new sales techniques
- Be able to deliver first class customer service by providing effective and efficient first time customer resolution, delivering value for the customer
- Ensuring full delivery of the Sales performance targets, demonstrating personal commitment to achieve high standards of performance
- Ability to drive Outbound Sales through training and coaching and reaching targets set by the company
- Act as a role model for business, ensuring the team has clarity of the company vision and values, demonstrating these at all times and creating a culture in which the team live the values
- Support and understand change initiatives and ensure people needs are met during any periods of change
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- We are looking for the ideal candidate to possess a proven track record in the sales delivery arena aswell as delivering a 5*customer excellence aswell as being a solid people manager with excellent communication skills
- Significant experience within an outbound customer acquisition operation of at least 100 FTE
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of outbound acquisition, up-sell, retention and winback methodologies
- Proven experience in the development, leadership and motivation of a growing successful team
- Leadership skills are critically important including the ability to build a focused, collaborative, results-oriented work group
- Ability to drive sales volumes from a product perspective whilst balancing this with broader market awareness and an understanding of the need to respond to changes in customer demand
- Proven track record of delivering first class coaching to the contact centre operationally and must have a strong customer focused approach
