YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
• Call centre & outsourcing experience
• Ability to establish and develop long-term partnerships with clients in a call centre environment
• Experience of leading operational and strategic meetings with clients
• A background in overseeing and delivering on SLA
• Can demonstrate previous experience of compiling business proposals
• Team management experience
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
• Experience of working with financial clients
