A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Training Manager in one of the UK’s most successful outsource service providers. They are experts at delivering contact centre solutions for blue chip clients in the financial sector.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
• A background of training in a call centre environment
• Experience of conducting TNA
• Evidence of designing and delivering training
• Experience of evaluating training
• You must be deadline driven
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
• Experience of desk coaching
ROLE INFORMATION
To create, adapt and deliver training designed to improve employees’ skills and performance at the site (in particular for agents) ensuring that training is perfectly adapted to employees’ roles and that skills and knowledge are constantly being brought up to the required standard.
