This call centre client is a highly respected and successful outsourcing business who are focused on changing the perception of the industry through positive employee and customer experiences. As an award winner outsourcer within the contact centre industry they offer an excellent service across multiple UK sites to an impressive client portfolio.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from a recognised provider.
• Project Management experience
• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
• A strong experience of high level six sigma projects.
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
• Higher Education or a university education with a technical background
• Professional background in a contact centre or operational management
• Senior experience within a similar role would be advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Preferably from a dynamic commercial background.
ROLE INFORMATION:
In this role you will act as project leader and aid the region in the identification, support and co-ordination of six sigma projects. You will pursue objectives and understand the effects and cause of defects and to implement necessary actions for improvement. You will be responsible for leading and driving this client through co-ordination of site performance improvement leaders. You will work with the regional director and identify and prioritise Six Sigma DMAIC, Lean and DFSS Projects.
