Training & Quality Executive £23000 + Benefits
Our client is an established luxury Hotel Group with properties across the UK. They have outsourced their Reservations & Customer Services operation to a well known agency and they are looking to take on a Training and Quality professional to work with the Outsourcer and achieve excellence in all areas of Customer Services and Sales. You will need to work closely with the internal brand managers and ensure that all training material is up to date and any changes are communicated in a timely manner. You will need provide guidance to the Operations Managers to assist in difficult cases. The role holder will also own the call calibration process which underpins the quality strategy. The promotional prospects in this role are excellent and you will be deputising for the Relationship Manager with whom you will need to develop a close relationship. A background in Training and Coaching in a Customer Service operation is essential. Based on the South Coast you will need to be flexible when it comes to travel.
