THE COMPANY
My client, a market leader in their field, require an experienced Call Centre Manager to provide strategic management across various projects – delivering against client and internal KPI’s. This is a highly visible role that will involve the management of senior team members and management as well as the management of key internal relationships.
To be considered for this role you must come from a proven, extensive Call Centre background at Senior Manager level (CCM, Operations Manager etc). A proven history of achieving against client KPI’s in an Outsourced environment would be ideal, along with an ability to manage P&L.
THE ROLE
Key Accountabilities of the role include:
To manage multiple projects
Overall management responsibility for 100 – 120 FTE
Overall site management and all associated responsibilities
To deliver the site profitability to agreed targets
To develop revenue and work streams
Strategic site planning
Day to day project strategy planning
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 6 years experience
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to motivate and develop a management structure
Target driven with outstanding attention to detail
Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment within tight timescales
