Inbound Operations Manager / Sales & Retentions Manager / Contact Centre Manager, South Yorkshire, Salary to £30,000 + bonus c £10K. (OTE c 40K)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading brand at managerial level, with excellent long-term career prospects for the right individual. Reporting directly to the 'Head of' the department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and motivation of a team of around 100FTE, with around 7 seven direct reports, working within a targeted and focussed contact centre environment.
This is a pivotal role within the business and will carry responsibility for the implementation of business strategy in line with corporate objectives. Additional responsibilities will include performance management for the department, to effectively manage the function towards business objectives and to maintain a commitment to the provision of the highest levels of customer service at all times. This role requires and individual who can manage with a 'visible' leadership style, who has excellent communication skills and the ability to positively influence individuals at all levels within the business.
The ideal candidate will be from a contact centre sales, retentions, or, telesales management background, with a demonstrable track record of managerial success in a targeted working environment. You will also be an accomplished 'people manager', be confident in managing performance towards targets and be committed to the ongoing development of talent within your team.
