My client is a rapidly developing Telemarketing Company owned by a Digital Marketing organisation who have recently won several major industry awards. Established in 1991, they now employ over 170 staff in a state-of-the-art building in West Swindon. Specialising in business to business marketing, they manage campaigns for some of the UK's best known names such as The AA, Vodafone and Vauxhall.
They are seeking an Account Manger to join their rapidly expanding team. The Account Manager will be responsible for sourcing and setting up new business as well as managing existing clients.
Key Responsibilities and duties include:
? The Account Manager will be responsible for meeting revenue and profit targets as set by the Company Directors.
? Responsible for minimising costs and account expenditure.
? The Account Manager will be ultimately responsible for the client relationship.
? Develop a Client Business Plan for each client and ensure that regular meetings are held to review the progress of that campaign against the Plan.
? Proactive in suggesting recommended solutions and ways in which existing campaigns could be improved.
? Responsible for the generation of new business in order to recognise and maximise on new business opportunity.
? Responsible for all processes and documentation such as Proposals, Fee Agreements, Invoices and Confidentiality Agreements, and will need to ensure these are set up and kept up to date at all times.
? Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of agreed reports both internally and for clients.
? Support Account Executives in supply of new data, ensuring that it is supplied in a timely and accurate way, command highest levels of discount and is quality checked after purchase.
? Training, Development and Recruitment
