This is a rare opportunity to join one the UK’s most impressive companies. My client is the leader in their business and they require an excellent Dialler Analyst who is keen to learn from some of the most strategic contact strategists there are. This role will enable you to take on ad hoc Project work and learn about new products and volume contact management. This role will expand your knowledge and abilities!

Key Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, input and running of the auto dialler.
•Maintenance lists, jobs, campaigns and phone strategies.
•Dialler enhancements.
•Ensure agents log into the dialler when required and stay in the dialler.
•Bespoke Dialler analysis and reporting.
•Best time to dial analysis and recommendations.
•Dialler Housekeeping

Key Skills / Experience required:
•Experience of working with a dialler system within a call centre environment essential.
•Knowledge of Collections/Financial Services Industry an advantage
•Avaya Dialler experience an advantage
•Advanced skills in Microsoft Office packages including Excel & Access including using formulas, macros and pivot tables
