A fantastic opportunity to work for one of the leading marketing agencies, ideally from a telemarketing or client service background you will be leading and developing a team of advisors delivering exceptional service
Key Responsibilities:
•To successfully lead, coach, develop and monitor your teams performance
•To ensure that Service Level Agreements are communicated to the team and take steps to ensure that they are met at all times.
•Responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly internal reporting for the team
•To ensure that the Client visions and values are understood by all team members and where possible adhered to within the contact centre.
•To assess and review the team’s and individual’s performance, providing feedback and development plans where appropriate.
•Monitor and review status of service level achievement and communicate effectively and timely, internally and externally as required.
•To monitor quality and data integrity of the contacts handled and give appropriate coaching and feedback to the team through the use of 121’s and coaching sessions.
Key Skills / Experience required:
•Experienced in managing a team of advisors within a call centre environment
•Proven experience in Telemarketing, Client Service, Marketing or Sales
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Life experience and be self confident with the ability to be a team player and contribute in meetings, discussing topics with confidence.
•Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
