Our client, an instantly recognisable organisation is seeking to recruit an Operations Control Manager to join their growing team based in the North West.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Resource & Capacity Management you will be responsible for:
· Challenge of managing 1,200 staffs adherence
· Owns the on the day Resourcing process
· Develops and owns the Dialling strategy
· Future focused, developing capability in planning, workforce management, and forecasting within Shared Services
· Owns the reliability of the IVR across the business
· Requires a network of effective inputs across the business and internal relationships
· Requires relationships across Operational Transformation and other areas including strategic planning, sales and marketing.
· Challenge of representing and understanding the customer contact and processing drivers across inbound, outbound, processing, sales and claims.
Knowledge and Experience
· Thriving in ‘working under pressure’ ability
· Erlang understanding
· Excellent planning skills
· Highly numerate and analytical
· Forward thinking and knowledge of the ‘art of the possible’ in IVR, Dialler and intraday
· Excellent influencing skills
· Leadership – of a small team pressurised teams and of cross functional initiatives
· Excellent relationship building skills and concerns for impact on others and willingness to challenge other functions and colleagues
· Personal drive and tenacity
