The Company
Our client, an instantly recognisable organisation is seeking to recruit a Supply Manager to join their growing team based in the North West.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Resource & Capacity Management you will be responsible for,
· Challenge of calculating & specifying the FTE levels of Inbound, Outbound and Processing FTE across Shared Services, and those departments that are serviced by Shared Services across the business.
· Owns the Supply Management process resulting in impact assessing all elements of demand from across the business which impacts the capacity within Shared Services, and those departments that are serviced by Shared Services across the business.
· Forecasts Supply which culminates in the Supply of staff from the Demand specified (inbound and outbound), customer work items within processing, or Claims customer supply activity:
- volume and profile of supply
- across a day, month, and year periods
· Future focused, developing capability in planning, workforce management, and forecasting within Shared Services
· Optimises all shift patterns within Shared Services for customer facing colleagues and team managers
· Requires a network of effective inputs across the business and internal relationships, specifically within R&CM and Operational Transformation, and other areas including strategic planning, sales and marketing.
· Challenge of representing and understanding the customer contact and processing drivers across inbound, outbound, processing, sales and claims.

· Erlang understanding and ability
· Excellent planning skills
· Highly numerate
· Forward thinking
· Excellent influencing skills
· Highly analytical in thinking
· Leadership – of a small team and of cross functional initiatives
· Excellent relationship building skills and concerns for impact on others and willingness to challenge other functions and colleagues
