Our client, an instantly recognisable brand is seeking to appoint a Senior Resource Planning Manager to work along side the Head of Resource Planning to ensure that all company SLAS and KPIS are met or exceeded.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Resource Planning you will be responsible for:
· Accurate and timely call volume forecasts at various levels of granularity
· Production of daily, weekly and monthly capacity planning
· Clarity and visibility of data and planning assumptions and the process of re-evaluating resource demand and supply
· Optimised alignment of resource to demand within agreed business constraints
· Production and distribution of weekly team schedules
· Alignment of calls routing strategy to business goals
· Support budgeting process through production of long term demand requirements
· To be able to communicate effectively with all business areas
· To lead, motivate and develop a existing team of Resource Planning Analysts
Knowledge and Experience
· In-depth knowledge of forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling methodology
· Expert knowledge of commercial WFM solutions – preferably Genesys
· Practical application of resource planning in a multi-skilled environment
· Strong communication skills (written, oral)
· Ability to influence at director level
· Advanced Microsoft skills (Word, Excel Powerpoint)
· High level of numeracy
· Commercial awareness
