Job Title: Resource Planning, Forecasting and MI Analyst
Salary: £20-25,000 base
Location: Midlands
Working within a major shared service centre in the Midlands, offering market leading customer service provision and focussed on delivering service improvements and savings, this organisation now has an opportunity for an experience, Planning Forecasting and MI Analyst.
Responsibilities will include:
• Deliver and manage accurate forecast & planning models.
• To develop and maintain a short to long term forecasting model to ensure that all staffing requirements are met.
• Call volume forecasting for the contact centre, including FTE requirements.
• Analyse call data to identify trends and make recommendations based on business needs.
• Admin support of the dialler and telephony platform.
• Ensure all reporting in line with industry guidelines and regulations.
• To be proactive in terms process / change management to insure increases in efficiency towards business objectives.
• Maintaining, reporting and consolidation of Balanced Scorecards,
• Ensure Monthly Review Report issued to client inline with deadline,
• Ad-hoc analysis and reporting inline with Business requirements
A pro-active person with the ability to work on own initiative and the ability to take ownership, you will have good organisational skill. Previous experience of working in a contact centre planning environment and experience of using a Workforce Planning Tool is required, along with a proven track record of achievement against real time targets and analytical ability.
You will have advanced Excel & Access skills, excellent communications and interpersonal skills as well as excellent problem solving and analytical skills. You will also have the ability to write reports and to analyse & interpret large volumes of data.
