The Role
An effective and entrepreneurial technology professional is sought to assume responsibility for the future direction and strategy of the technology infrastructure alongside the management of system suppliers that form the foundation of this unique business offering.
· Development of the IT Infrastructure strategy, budgets & plans
· Responsibility for Voice, CRM, MIS, Infrastructure, Comms & Lan
· Managing the continual improvement and development of the company’s proprietary search technology
· Management of the overall technology development process within the company & ensuring that all stakeholder technology requirements are prioritised
· Delivering first class technology performance and systems stability to allow operational efficiency
· First class stake-holder management capabilities
· Ensuring excellent resilience, scalability and redundancy of all key systems with effective technology contingency planning in place

Experience
The Successful candidate will:-
· Be an experienced technology professional familiar with online and ideally, call centre IT systems
· Have experience of overall responsibility for a business unit or company’s technology strategy and operations
· Experience of the management of Voice, MIS, CRM, Comms, Lan & Customer Data
· Highly self motivated and entrepreneurial outlook, prepared to contribute very significantly to the growth of a young company with very significant ambitions
· Have significant intellect and proven, demonstrable success in their career to date
· The credibility and gravitas to debate, influence and present at board level.
