Company / Role Overview:
A fast growing financial services organisation is looking to employ an experienced trainer.
My client is one of the uk’s most exciting new ventures of 2008 and as part of their huge recruitment drive they require a trainer to help develop their existing workforce to increase productivity and customer satisfaction
Key Skills / Experience required:
•Experience of call centre agent training and therefore require experience with technical as well as soft skills training.
•You must be an experienced trainer, ideally with CIPD (or equivalent qualifications)
•Understand & have proven experience in the full training life cycle including TNA, design and train the trainer.
•Good personal organisation, communications and multi-tasking skills are essential
•E-learning experience would be an advantage but not essential
•You must have a clean driving licence.
Key Responsibilities:
•Responsible for call centre agent training for the full training life cycle including TNA, design and train the trainer.
•Ensure that training solutions are provided through constantly reviewing training requirements and programmes
•Ensure they fulfil training and development requirements for all new permanent or temporary and existing employees
•Train and develop the Training Specialists to ensure that they improve training techniques and programmes
•Develop the training programme to ensure all areas of Commercial Services Division have the relevant training support.
•Ensure Customer Impacting procedural changes and communications across the business are reflected in training material and communicated to relevant personnel to ensure customer service standards are maintained and updated.
•To maintain an audit of training through strict version control and structured training records for the training department and individuals.
•Regularly meet and work with Customer Service Management team, coaching personnel and HR to deliver continuous improvement plans.
•Responsible for the full training life cycle including design and implementation throughout
•Manage and support training to ensure smooth implementation of new technologies
•Control and manage the overall training budget
