Company / Role Overview:
Working for one of the leading organisations in their sector; the successful candidate will provide Management Information (MI) and analytical support to the Contact Centre
Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver meaningful business interpretation of data, providing insight in order to make informed business decisions such as:-
•Accurate, timely and value-add analysis of historical data and trends.
•Provide recommendations to maximise efficiency of the contact centres and sales performance
•To work closely with the Contact Centre management team; develop and maintain the regular reporting required to manage the performance of their area.
•Produce detailed ad-hoc reports as appropriate and required.
•Seek ways to improve and proactively apply practices in the provision and development of information and it’s analysis.
•Maintaining and developing departmental databases as appropriate and when required.
•To ensure the departmental policies and procedures are kept up to date.
•Work as part of a team, recognise and support the dependencies within the team and of other departments across Commercial Services.
Key Skills / Experience required:
•Advanced level knowledge and experience of PC based systems and associated software packages, especially Microsoft Excel and Visual basic.
•Experienced in working with database and information analysis applications/tools.
•An in-depth knowledge and experience of major corporate MI system tools, with specialist skills in SAS v9.1 and/or Business Objects.
