Company / Role Overview:
Reporting to the Call Centre Manager for a dynamic Market Research and Marketing organisation; the Deputy Centre Manager will support the Centre Manager and ensure operation is run smoothly and efficiently as a Market Research Call Centre, overseeing the work of Senior supervisors, Supervisors, Quality Assessors, and teams of marketers.
The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of Quancept, be comfortable with Microsoft Office applications and have had Managerial experience or have been in a Supervisory role within market research for a minimum of 12 months
The hours of business are 9.00am to 9.00pm Monday to Sunday. The position of Deputy Centre Manager requires hours of employment as follows:
2 weeks Wednesday-Friday 13:00 to 21:30 and Saturday & Sunday 09.30 – 18.30
plus 1 week Tuesday – Friday 13.30 – 21.30 and Saturday & Sunday 09.30 – 18.30;
plus 1 week Tuesday – Friday 13:00 to 21:30 .
Key Responsibilities:
•Interviewer allocation and briefing
•Ensuring survey specifications and deadlines are achieved
•Ensuring sufficient Quality Assessments are completed
•Working with Supervisors and Interviewers to enhance interviewing quality
•Monitoring progress of interviewers and supervisory staff
Key Skills / Experience required:
•Good knowledge of Quancept and Microsoft Office applications
•Previous supervisory or Management experience within market research (this is ESSENTIAL)
