THE COMPANY
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join this rapidly expanding Managed Services Company. Our client is a well known company with in the utilities industry and is currently going through a period of growth; as a result of this they have an immediate need to hire a well versed Forecast Analyst.
To be considered for this position, candidates will have clear/expert experience with Excel, WFM experience and a strong understanding of the methodologies behind forecasting for a call/contact centre.
THE ROLE
1. To produce and manage accurate forecast / planning models.
2. Ensure staffing requirements are met by developing and maintaining an accurate short, medium and long term forecast model.
3. Analyse call data in order to identify trends and make recommendations based on business needs.
4. Some administrative support of the telephony/dialler platform.
5. Maintaining, reporting & consolidation of balanced scorecards.
6. Ensuring Monthly review reports are issued to clients, inline with strict deadlines.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Must have exceptional skills in the use of Excel for the purpose of forecasting.
- Proven analytical ability and track record.
- Good working experience of using a Work Force Planning Tool.
- A proactive individual with the ability to work to your own initiative.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with a professional manner.
- The ability to write reports and work with, analyse and interpret large volumes of data/information.
