THE COMPANY
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join this rapidly expanding Managed Services Company. Our client is a well known company with in the utilities industry and is currently going through a period of growth; as a result of this they have an immediate need to hire a well versed Business Analyst.
To be considered for this position, candidates will have clear of working within a process driven role, within a service environment
THE ROLE
1. Undertake & contribute to diagnostic review and data gathering from relevant business areas, liaising with appropriate stakeholders to present an “As-is” view of performance highlighting potential areas of risk/improvement.
2. Definition, development and validation of process improvements to agreed standards, whilst liaising with the appropriate business areas.
3. Impact assessment of moving from current to future state including operational business, systems & customer impact.
4. To own the construction of any relevant operational procedures, requirements documentation, ensuring consistency with the business requirements document.
5. Support and assist the operational areas in the implementation & imbedding of changes to business processes, practices and associated system functionality.
6. Lead and support the facilitation of business workshops.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
?Previous experience of working within a process driven environment
?Experience of business process modeling, requirements gathering and analysis along with facilitating workshops
?Relevant experience within a service environment
?A good understanding of workflow, process and data analysis.
?Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with a professional manner.
?The ability to work effectively and influence decisions at all levels
?Debt collection/recovery skill (please note that this is desirable, not essential).
