Company / Role Overview:
One of the UK’s largest personal insurance brokers has been dramatically expanding its contact centre in the South East and needs an experienced Dialer Manager to help establish its outbound team dealing with new and existing business.
Applicants for this role must have more than 2 years Dialer management experience within an outbound contact centre.
Key Responsibilities:
•Day to day management of the power dialler system for initially about 20fte set to expand.
•Providing dialler strategy improvements to increase outbound lead generation
•To Manage data records and dialler lists from within the CRM
•Managing the distribution of calls into the telemarketing team to compliment staffing levels
•Configuring, troubleshooting & maintaining the outbound dialler system
•Production of dialler MI to key stakeholders
•Analysis of MI & providing recommendations to the Telemarketing manager
Key Skills / Experience required:
•Understanding, and ‘guardian’ of Ofcom Dialler regulations
•Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
•Minimum 2 years experience in dialler management
•Results focused approach & the ability to meet changing deadlines
•Attention to detail
•Analytical & numerate
•Ability to work under own initiative
•A flexible approach to ensure all deliverables are met – Able to work flexible hours to support the outbound telemarketing team opening times.
•Ability to assess situations & make appropriate decisions quickly
