THE COMPANY
This is an excellent opportunity to join this leading organization. You will be responsible for managing a team of 10-20 associates in a fast paced target driven environment. This would be an ideal position for someone who is a quick thinker, has the ability to operate in an ever changing environment and would like to progress in their next position.
To be considered for this position candidates must come from a call centre background as either a Team Leader/Manager and have a proven ability to manage teams of 10+. Individuals from a fast paced background (Outsourced or Outbound) will be preferred.
Only candidates with a history of managing teams against KPI’s/SLA’s will be contacted.
THE ROLE
Key Accountabilities of the role include;
•Monitoring and ensuring the delivery, maintenance and ongoing improvement of SLA’s, through the management of individual performance
•Identify strengths and weaknesses of your team, providing ongoing training and coaching, to improve individual and team performance as well as the Customer Experience
•Improving Morale and Motivation – delivering team Sessions; to monitor, analyse and report trends in morale and motivation, allowing you to take appropriate action where necessary
•To promote and maintain close working relationships to ensure the successful delivery of the team objectives and targets in a target driven operation
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
To be considered for this role you will require the following experience:
•A proven background in managing teams of 10+ Coaching, training and motivation associates in a fast paced, target driven environment
•Time management
•Planning and prioritisation
•People management
•Advanced customer care and objection handling
