Business Development Manager for Contact Centre Consultancy.

London (SW) or home-office / serviced office in own region.
£35k basic, OTE £80k, uncapped.

The Company

Bright was founded in 2000. The consultancy practise focuses on development and improvement of contact centres. The Bright Index product suite analyse and benchmark key performance indicators of contact centres in different industries from all over Europe. Main areas covered are: Performance, Customer satisfaction and Employee satisfaction. The results form a platform for participants target setting and improvement plans.

Key responsibilities

• Making contact with target companies across the UK and presenting our consultancy and research services adapted to their needs. Negotiating and renewing existing clients contracts.
• Present the findings of our analysis of the clients performance and run smaller work shops. Potentially have own consultancy engagements.
• Manage relations with partners and subcontractors.
• Prepare for an expansion of the Business Development team.

Key requirements

• Strong prospecting and sales skills.
• A positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve
• Graduate with a good grasp of commercial issues for managers.
• Experience from the contact centre industry and/or consultancy.
