Based in the contact centre at Buckingham Palace, our vibrant team of friendly and enthusiastic Ticket Sales and Information Assistants provide information and take bookings by telephone and at the counters, for admission to all of the official residences.
As the first point of contact for our visitors you will play an essential role in ensuring they receive first-class customer service. It is therefore vital that you possess excellent communication and people skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone. You will also need to be confident in your ability to actively sell tickets and souvenir guidebooks, possess the drive and motivation to achieve sales targets, and be IT-literate. Ideally you will also have some experience of working in a target-driven sales environment, in a similar customer-facing role.
All positions require weekend work and regular work at Windsor Castle.
